### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Vira International. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of meats and vegetables to perfection, following traditional cooking techniques. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our customers receive high-quality dishes.

### Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and cook a variety of meats and vegetables to perfection, following traditional cooking techniques
* Marinate and season food items according to restaurant recipes, ensuring rich and authentic flavors
* Maintain consistency in food preparation, cooking times, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served to customers
* Manage the grill station, ensuring it is set up and stocked with all necessary ingredients and supplies at the start of each shift
* Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure timely service, especially during peak hours
* Address any special requests or dietary requirements from customers as they pertain to grilled items
