About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Christmas Support Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a Christmas Support Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
  • Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products with customers
  • Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Help get stock to the sales floor as quickly as possible
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
  • Take control of your own development and growth within the company

About You:

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and those that match the job criteria closest will be contacted to arrange an initial interview.
