About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Support Team Member to join our team at Next. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring that our sales floors are always looking their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
  • Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products with customers
  • Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Help get stock to the sales floor as quickly as possible
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
  • Take control of your own development and growth within the company
