Swim Instructor Opportunity

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Twickenham Gym | Pool | Bank | Part Time. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

About the Role:

  • Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
  • Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
  • Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer

Requirements:

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Good people skills and a love for all things swimming

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £22.00
  • A flexible working arrangement, working on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability
  • A range of benefits, including holiday in line with the Working Time Directive, access to our Pension Scheme, and discounted gym membership at £15.00 a month
