Swim Instructor Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, promoting a fun and supportive learning environment
  • Be a positive role model, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve lesson performance and achieve targets
Requirements:
  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for swimming and a love for teaching
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
