Cleanaway Pty is a leading provider of sustainable waste management solutions. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will support the Business Improvement Team in identifying opportunities for performance improvement across 300 branches nationwide.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analysis and modelling to drive financial growth across the business. This will involve working closely with the Business Improvement Team to identify organisational challenges and opportunities, and developing business requirements, user stories, process diagrams, and data models.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Improvement Team in identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Develop business requirements, user stories, process diagrams, and data models.
  • Provide quality communications that are clear, concise, and easy to consume, taking into account stakeholder preferences.
  • Perform decision and gap analysis between solutions and stakeholder needs.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with strong experience in large organisations. Ideally, you have partnered with operational teams to provide effective performance reporting and flow of financial data. The successful candidate will have advanced financial and business modelling skills, including advanced Excel skills and Power BI expertise.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Proven ability to influence all stakeholders at both operational and management levels of a business, while managing deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Mandatory advanced financial and business modelling skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of influencing management through analysis and modelling to drive financial improvement.

Our Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
