Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our team at Brook Street UK. As an experienced Accounts and Sales professional, you will have a proven track record of delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Development Lead, responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • To develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for someone with:
  • A strong background in sales and account management, preferably within an industrial/trade/distribution setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including basic pay and performance bonus after probation, as well as benefits such as pension and healthcare. Our working hours are 8:30 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with free parking on site.
