Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Londonderry. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with site teams and senior management to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing quotations, negotiating tenders, and reading drawings. You will also be responsible for liaison with site teams, clients, and senior leadership. This is an office-based role with site travel to projects across Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations and negotiate tenders
  • Read and interpret drawings
  • Liaise with site teams, clients, and senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Quantity Surveyor or similar background
  • Experience in construction or a related field
  • Commutable to Londonderry

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including company car and local travel expenses.
