About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Advisor at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our membership numbers and increasing income.
Key Responsibilities
- To support membership growth by utilizing sales strategies to ensure sales and income targets are achieved.
- To generate enthusiasm and passion for health and fitness to optimize all sales opportunities.
- To conduct face-to-face sales appointments, building positive relationships with customers to sell memberships and initiate the Freedom Member journey program.
- To conduct regular competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
- To possess experience in sales and a team-oriented approach, able to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries while supporting the work of colleagues.
