We are seeking a skilled Exercise Referral Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will provide support for the GP Referral Programme, offering advice on safe exercise prescription to clients and evaluating the results from the Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exercise referral support to clients as part of the GP Referral Programme
  • Offer advice on safe exercise prescription and evaluate the results of the Programme
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality services
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Exercise GP Referral qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a high level of responsibility, flexibility, enthusiasm, and motivation
  • Computer literacy
  • First Aid at work (desirable)
  • Defibrillation (desirable)
