About the Role

As an Exercise Referral Instructor, you will be responsible for providing exercise referrals to clients, offering advice on safe exercise prescription, and evaluating the results of the GP Referral Programme. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exercise referrals to clients, providing guidance on safe exercise prescription
  • Evaluate the results of the GP Referral Programme, identifying areas for improvement
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Level 3 Exercise GP Referral qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Computer literacy
