About the Role

Fusion 2K Ltd is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Retail Sales Event Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis for a fixed term of 18 months. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events and sales initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage high-volume sales orders and customer enquiries
  • Organize and execute both large and small-scale events, including logistics and shipping
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external parties, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event staff and ensure they are briefed and prepared for events
  • Provide proactive and reactive customer service support through various channels
  • Analyze data and evaluate event performance to inform future initiatives
  • Occasionally provide out-of-hours event support on a rotational basis
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months administration/office experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, English, or Sales
