Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Insolvency Solicitor to join our team at Imperium Financial Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice and support on a range of insolvency matters, contributing to our reputation for excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on insolvency issues: Provide expert guidance on corporate restructuring, administration, liquidation, and bankruptcy, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcome.
- Handle complex insolvency litigation: Represent clients in court and manage dispute resolutions, utilizing your exceptional advocacy skills to achieve successful outcomes.
- Draft and review legal documents: Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents related to insolvency and restructuring cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with insolvency practitioners, accountants, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies for asset recovery and creditor repayment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments: Conduct thorough legal research to stay current on the latest insolvency laws, regulations, and case precedents, ensuring you provide the best possible advice to clients.
- Provide strategic advice: Offer guidance on risk management and compliance with insolvency legislation, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Develop client relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and a high level of service, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
- Support business development: Contribute to the business development efforts of the firm by identifying new opportunities and participating in marketing initiatives, helping to drive growth and success.
- Mentor and guide junior staff: Mentor and guide junior solicitors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Qualifications: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in insolvency law.
- Experience: Proven track record of managing complex insolvency cases and litigation.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Professional integrity: High level of professional integrity and ethical standards.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in using legal research tools and MS Office Suite.
- Commercial awareness: Commercially aware with a proactive approach to providing legal solutions.
