This position can be based from either our Chester or Liverpool offices.

**The Role**

Our highly regarded Corporate team specialise in advising owner-managed businesses and SMEs on growing, developing and adding value to their businesses, including mergers and acquisitions, company re-organisations and buy-backs, Shareholder and Partnership agreements, securities advice, acquisition finance and insolvency. Our team are well-known for providing top-level corporate and commercial advice to the SME and OMB market in the North West, particularly our work with vendor clients in the technology, healthcare, accountancy and storage sectors where they provide personalised, dynamic and commercial advice.

With an already brilliant team in place and a variety of good quality work, this is a role with huge potential. We’re now looking for a senior lawyer with vision who can build on the momentum to join us in growing the department and driving the direction of our Corporate division forward.

You will enjoy high levels of client contact and be expected to develop and manage profitable relationships with new and existing clients and third parties (including referrers), while ensuring unrivalled client service is delivered at all times.

- You will be a credible and technically strong practitioner who has credible experience and enjoys working on a wide range of Corporate work
- You must be a strong and transparent communicator who is able to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and able to manage and build positive working relationships
- You will have strong commercial acumen and be a results driven individual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
