Logistics Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Devonshire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and Unloading Goods: Safely load and unload goods from vehicles, moving consumables and items of mail packed on pallets and Yorkes from the unchecked mail area to their designated checked mail lanes.
- Inventory Management: Stack goods and consumables in the correct storage bays, checking loads are secure and stacking empty pallets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily equipment checks, recharging the truck's battery, checking trucks for damage, and conducting forklift truck safety inspection checks.
- Team Support: Assist the goods in team to load and unload trucks where necessary, performing other warehouse tasks like taking incoming goods from couriers.
- Administrative Tasks: Print labels for our production floor teams, use online systems to produce invoices and end-of-day reports, and use the MI system to monitor the progress of jobs at all stages.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, despatch, or production environment.
- IT Literacy: IT literate and competent in the use of MS Excel.
- Valid License: Valid counterbalance forklift truck license.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and maneuver items, such as boxes, of up to 22KG.
Working Hours:
Week 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, contracted hours, working 7.00am to 7.00pm, working 11 hours per shift.
Week 2: Monday and Tuesday, working 7.00am to 7.00pm, working 11 hours per shift.
