Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Band 7 CAMHS Nurse to join our team in West Birmingham. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for carrying a small caseload of complex cases, providing expert care and intervention to children, adolescents, and their families.

About the Role:

  • Carry a small caseload of complex cases, providing expert care and intervention to children, adolescents, and their families.
  • Undertake managerial duties, including supervision, leadership, and ensuring service quality standards are met.
  • Support and guide the team to deliver effective, evidence-based CAMHS interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to provide holistic and patient-centered care.

Requirements:

  • Strong CAMHS experience, including managing complex cases.
  • Proven managerial experience, with the ability to lead and support a team.
  • Registered Nurse qualification (NMC registered).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary and Benefits:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
