Senior Systems and Test Engineer

Rem Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems and Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing verification and validation strategies, plans, and specifications for our assigned systems and subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Test Strategies and Plans: Create and implement verification and validation strategies, plans, and specifications for our assigned systems and subsystems.
  2. Lead Test Rig Development: Specify and develop test rigs and harnesses as required to support our test plans and specifications.
  3. Qualification and Testing: Lead 3rd party qualification activities, including EMC, Environmental, and safety testing.
  4. Test Solution Delivery: Deliver test solutions on time and in full, ensuring high-quality results.
  5. Product Test Specifications: Develop product test specifications, ensuring alignment with our engineering requirements.
  6. Test Failure Resolution: Lead the resolution of test failures, utilizing the 8D process where necessary.
  7. Resource and Facility Management: Identify required resources and facilities (internal and external) to deliver test programs.
  8. Test Documentation: Maintain the test documentation set, ensuring traceability between tests and requirements.
  9. Data Analysis and Coding: Demonstrate ability to use appropriate data analysis tools, including some coding competency in Python/C++.
  10. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, typically via Customer Support, to provide support for issues related to product performance or performance envelope.
  11. Technical Training: Answer technical questions and provide technical training on the domain of expertise.
