Senior Systems and Test Engineer

As a Senior Systems and Test Engineer at careers4a - Jobboard, you will be responsible for developing and leading the implementation of test strategies, plans, and specifications for complex systems and subsystems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and lead the implementation of test strategies, plans, and specifications for assigned systems and subsystems.
  2. Design and develop test rigs and harnesses to support test plans and specifications.
  3. Lead 3rd party qualification activities, including EMC, Environmental, and safety testing.
  4. Deliver test solutions on time and in full, ensuring high-quality results.
  5. Develop product test specifications and maintain test documentation sets.
  6. Lead the resolution of test failures, utilizing the 8D process as needed.
  7. Identify required resources and facilities to deliver test programs.
  8. Maintain test documentation sets and ensure traceability between tests and requirements.
  9. Demonstrate proficiency in using data analysis tools, including coding competency in Python/C++.
  10. Engage with customers to provide support for product performance or performance envelope issues.
  11. Provide technical training and answer technical questions on domain of expertise.
