About the Role
As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will be responsible for overseeing the store from the shop floor and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of a manager and will be responsible for coordinating the store team to deliver an easy, fuss-free shopping experience for customers. You will also be responsible for supporting your colleagues, ensuring they deliver daily priorities and take regular breaks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the store, and completing duty cover, ensuring all decisions made are right for everyone's safety

  • Leading from the front, and setting a great example for your colleagues in everything you do
