This position presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced workshop supervisor or an exceptional Assistant Manager / Vehicle Technician looking to advance their career.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and relevant qualifications in the automotive industry, coupled with outstanding customer service skills, a passion for success, and the ability to cultivate and lead a successful team. Key Responsibilities of Automotive Service Centre Leaders:
- Acting as a brand ambassador to promote and maintain the Company's reputation.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Enhancing operational efficiency to achieve profit goals.
- Overseeing and mentoring service centre staff, providing support and guidance as necessary.
- Ensuring the security of stock and cash, taking accountability for any discrepancies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in accordance with company standards.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Working Hours: 48 hours per week (Monday to Friday & Saturdays)
