We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Centre Leader to enhance our dynamic team and drive the success of our service centre.

As a pivotal figure in our operations, Automotive Service Centre Leaders are responsible for motivating and guiding their teams to achieve and exceed set objectives, which in turn fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty. Excellent communication skills are essential for building relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business, and attracting new customers, all of which contribute to the centre's profitability and overall success. If you are polite, diligent, enthusiastic, and align with our core values, we would be excited to connect with you.

This position presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced workshop supervisor or an exceptional Assistant Manager / Vehicle Technician looking to advance their career.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and relevant qualifications in the automotive industry, coupled with outstanding customer service skills, a passion for success, and the ability to cultivate and lead a successful team. Key Responsibilities of Automotive Service Centre Leaders:

  • Acting as a brand ambassador to promote and maintain the Company's reputation.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Enhancing operational efficiency to achieve profit goals.
  • Overseeing and mentoring service centre staff, providing support and guidance as necessary.
  • Ensuring the security of stock and cash, taking accountability for any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in accordance with company standards.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Working Hours: 48 hours per week (Monday to Friday & Saturdays)
