As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, including managing budgets, leading teams, and implementing business strategies. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the centre meets all compliance standards and is a safe and enjoyable place for customers and employees. * Ensure that the centre meets all compliance standards and is a safe and enjoyable place for customers and employees
* Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
* Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

* Strong background in leadership, customer service, and business management
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business performance
* Strong financial acumen and experience of managing budgets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with other teams
