Electrical Team Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our team at Liberty Speciality Steels. As a key member of our diagnostic team, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplined team in responding to breakdowns and developing repair strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Shift Management team to ensure that Safety, Quality, and Production Plans are met. This will involve supporting the development of repair strategies, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-disciplined diagnostic team in responding to breakdowns and developing repair strategies
  • Work closely with the Shift Management team to ensure Safety, Quality, and Production Plans are met
  • Support the development of repair strategies and coordinate with other teams as needed
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and diagnostic techniques
