Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines insurance professional to join our High Net Worth team as a Client Advisor.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality insurance products and advice to High Net Worth individuals.
  • Manage renewals with accuracy and certainty.
  • Confidently deal with policy adjustments, renewal invitations, and placing policies.
  • Assist with new business and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Manage your own book of business, ensuring insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service through tailored communication.
  • Develop and grow your own book of business.
  • Seek and maximise opportunities with existing relationships and emerging wealth.

Requirements:

  • Technically strong understanding of Personal Lines products.
  • Experience of using the Acturis broking system (desirable).
  • Cert CII qualified or prepared to commit to your Cert journey (desirable).
