Job Title: Chemical Safety Manager H/F

At Public Sewer Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and implementing our occupational health, safety, environmental, and quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Occupational Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance inspections of ongoing and completed works, ensuring that any identified issues are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, inspection registers, and safety reports, producing relevant SHEQ statistics.
  • Liaise with enforcing agencies, clients, and stakeholders through face-to-face and virtual meetings.
  • Support accident/incident management and investigation processes, ensuring thorough investigations and effective communication of lessons learned.
  • Audit compliance with Company policies, procedures, and legislation to maintain ISO accreditation.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Diploma (desirable) or NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety Management (essential).
  • Energy and Utility Skills Register (EUSR) SHEA (water/other/multi-utility) certification.
