- Support the development of speech and language skills through targeted interventions and activities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation

- Previous experience working with children with speech and language difficulties is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of all students
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
