Job Title: Brand Sales Consultant

As a key member of our Bristol showroom team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on actively approaching clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions from our product range.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personalize the client experience by greeting them upon entry to the showroom and providing a warm welcome.
  • Recommend suitable product ranges to clients based on their specifications, including dimensions and budget.
  • Deliver detailed and accurate quotations to clients within agreed timeframes.
  • Process payments directly from clients, including credit and debit card payments, and ensure all transactions are accompanied by receipts.
  • Respond to client inquiries and handle phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Adhere to our agreed sales process to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Personal Attributes:
  • Present a smart and professional appearance at all times.
  • Develop strong communication skills, including negotiation and influencing techniques, to effectively engage with clients.
  • Bring relevant experience in face-to-face customer sales or possess the underlying traits to excel in this role.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate a good level of verbal, written, and numerical literacy.
  • Prior experience in a similar environment is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Benefit from on-the-job and formal internal training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
