Job Title: Field Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Advisor to join our team at the Telcom Group. As a Field Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting new customers and driving sales growth for our fibre broadband services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute daily sales routes to deliver sales through door-to-door activity, venue sales, and community engagement.
  • Manage pipelines effectively to ensure seamless customer interactions, even when not in the area.
  • Work primarily on weekdays (10am to 3pm) with occasional attendance at weekend or evening marketing events.
  • Communicate effectively across all channels, including telesales, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Create a positive first impression and engage customers in conversation.
  • Educate and inform customers on their broadband choices.
  • Identify and engage with decision-makers quickly to streamline the sales process.
Essential Requirements:
  • Full driving licence required.
  • Ability to travel to Hexham and surrounding areas (2 days a week).
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills to manage tasks effectively.
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Professional communication skills to engage customers.
