We are seeking a skilled Compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Enviva Complex Care in Epsom. The successful candidate will work with a young individual who requires 2:1 care due to complex needs. This role involves delivering personalized care routines, assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and providing emotional support.
Main Duties:- Delivering personalized care routines, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to ensure the client's well-being.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, and relevant qualifications in health and social care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. A driver's license is desirable but not required for this position.
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a competitive salary package, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
