Associate Sustainability Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Sustainability Consultant to join our UK team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our UK Healthcare Division.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading the sustainability and NZC aspects of healthcare projects, raising the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team, and undertaking and overseeing sustainability concepts and design philosophies.
You will also be responsible for inspiring and enthusing engineers and technicians on your projects, liaising with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetings, and supporting key accounts and developing new clients.
In addition, you will support UK Healthcare team sector business development strategies, produce high-quality fee proposals, and implement best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable, zero-carbon, innovative, and quality advisory and design services.
You will manage your own projects and act as a sustainability project manager to allocate resources and coordinate tasks.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sustainable design, including building physics and environmental assessment. You should have a thorough understanding and use of digital design tools appropriate to the role, including delivery through Revit/BIM 360.
You should also have excellent and demonstrable sustainability knowledge and skills, with the ability to run multiple projects of varying size and complexity. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of project commercial and technical risks, as well as excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts in plain language, verbally and in writing.
You should be able to motivate and inspire confidence both internally and externally across geographical borders and work autonomously on all technical aspects of the discipline.
