We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Consultant to join our team at NSB Recruitment Ltd. As a Sustainability Consultant, you will work on a range of impactful projects alongside a small, friendly team that is passionate about the world they live in.

Your role will involve working on projects that focus on delivering work that will help grasp the tremendous opportunities and navigate the risks associated with the green transition. With some great clients and collaborators, our client has established an excellent position in the green finance market where they enable clients to understand, explore and run with emerging blended and private green finance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a challenging portfolio of projects
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
  • Work with senior team members to develop opportunities and bids
  • Lead on task completion, handling client and stakeholder queries
  • Deliver on projects

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the development of natural capital projects
  • Understanding of natural habitats and challenges within nature conservation
  • Experience in green finance project/programme development
  • Measuring and valuing environmental assets
  • Understanding of the developing green finance market
  • Green or sustainable finance policy in the UK and/or internationally
  • Talent and ability to handle data, analyse and present it in powerful ways
