Our team of experts provides an incredible service to our customers, ensuring they receive a consistent, quality experience.
As a Talent Partner, you will play a key role in our team, working closely with our client partners to tell their story and provide a world-class candidate experience. Your day-to-day role will vary based on the nature of live projects, and could include:
- Utilising state-of-the-art tech stack to provide incredible shortlists
- Full search and selection for specific projects
- Coaching hiring managers to play their role in world-class candidate experiences
- A chance to compete against our resident tea-making champion, Yasmine
Talent Partners are experts in all things talent attraction and hiring, so these examples are a snapshot of what the role will encompass.
About You…
We are looking for people who share our vision for changing the recruitment landscape for the better, permanently. You will probably have had some exposure to customers or be interested in a people-facing position. Our customers are people – whether looking to hire or looking to be hired, we don't differentiate.
We operate exclusively in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology outsourcing space – but that doesn't mean that you need to. We work with businesses who are improving the lives of patients around the world. If you're passionate about playing a role in that – we'd love to hear from you.
