Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Apex Hotels. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and that our food and beverage operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including supervising staff and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
- Assist the Restaurant and Bars Manager in the planning and implementation of food and beverage menus, promotions, and events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive a personalized experience.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage team to ensure that all aspects of food and beverage service are delivered to the highest standard.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve the food and beverage experience for our guests.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate your skills and experience through your application and at interview.
