About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and clean the pool area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for customers
  • Set up equipment and deliver first-class customer service
  • Deal with customer queries and provide support to the team
  • Participate in regular pool rotations and contribute to the overall success of the centre

Requirements
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
  • Up-to-date NPLQ training records
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A can-do attitude and a passion for swimming and customer service
