About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and clean the pool area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Set up equipment and deliver first-class customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to prepare Studios, Gyms, or Sports Halls for various activities and maintain the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the centre.

Requirements
  • A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up to-date NPLQ training records.
  • A can-do attitude, a real focus on customer service, and a passion for swimming and great customer service.
  • Knowledge of health and safety and the ability to work as part of a team.
