Clinical Healthcare Specialist

We are currently recruiting two full time Nursing Associates to join the Early Days in Custody team at Crooton Ltd HMP Elmley.
In this role, you will contribute to the health and wellbeing of patients and service users across a range of healthcare settings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
As a Band 4 Nurse Associate, you will be responsible for delivering high quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and evaluating their effectiveness.
