Nursery Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursery Administrator to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our nursery team, you will provide administrative support to our nursery manager and ensure the smooth operation of our nursery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the nursery manager, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing the diary.
- Ensure all reception duties are completed, including meet and greet parents, managing post and deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the nursery manager with email communication, including responding to queries and managing email inbox.
- Manage the nursery's recruitment process, including scheduling appointments and show rounds.
- Perform various office administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
