Nursery Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursery Administrator to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our nursery team, you will provide administrative support to our nursery manager and ensure the smooth operation of our nursery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the nursery manager, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing the diary.
- Perform reception duties, including meet and greet parents, managing visitor access, and ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
- Manage all email correspondence and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Receiving and processing post, deliveries, and other mail to the nursery.
- Perform all filing, scanning, and other office administrative duties.
- Experience of working in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
