Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Taunton. As a key member of our Commercial Property team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients on commercial property matters.

About the Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of commercial property cases, including purchases and sales of commercial property, commercial leases, property development, and landlord and tenant matters. You will provide exceptional legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor, with a strong track record in handling complex commercial property matters.
  • Excellent business development and networking skills, with the ability to contribute to the growth of the firm.
  • Ambition, proactivity, and enthusiasm, with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A growth mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Sound knowledge of commercial property law and relevant regulations.
