Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client's dynamic and successful team in the South West. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients on commercial property matters, handling a diverse range of cases, and contributing to the firm's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse range of commercial property cases, including purchases and sales of commercial property, commercial leases, property development, and landlord and tenant matters.
  • Provide exceptional legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth strategy by actively participating in business development and networking activities.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and results for our clients.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, valuing the contributions of all team members.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor, with a strong track record in handling complex commercial property matters.
  • Excellent business development and networking skills, with the ability to contribute to the growth of the firm.
  • Ambition, proactivity, and enthusiasm, with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A growth mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Sound knowledge of commercial property law and relevant regulations.
  • The desire to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
