The RoleWe are seeking an entrepreneurial all-rounder to join our EIGHT team, which aims to broaden our firm's offering by providing solutions beyond traditional legal advice. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our connected services products.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to increase the profile of our business and assist with business development.
- Lead and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and operational efficiency.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of product development initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate with an all-round skill set, comfortable in product detail and project management. Experience in strategic management and/or a client-orientated approach is particularly favored. Risk awareness is vital to the role, and the ideal candidate should feel comfortable in assessing risk. Proven stakeholder management would be advantageous, and the right candidate is likely to be dynamic and comfortable with a wide range of responsibilities.
