As a Deputy Home Manager, you will assist the manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose and deputise in their absence.

You will support and manage staff to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people, undertake direct work with them as appropriate, and be the responsible person in managing child protection concerns and complaints.
