Join Our Team as a Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager
  • Support and manage staff to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people
  • Undertake direct work with children and young people as appropriate
  • Manage child protection concerns and complaints
  • Work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people
  • Offer supervision and support to senior staff in line with care Quality Standards and Children's Homes Regulations
Requirements:
  • Diploma 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Working towards or holds a level 5 Diploma leadership and management residential childcare
  • Current driving license
  • 1 year's relevant supervisory experience in the care sector
