About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to join our Food and Beverage team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety in our kitchen and wash-up areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the kitchen team in disposing of kitchen waste and deep cleaning of the kitchen and wash-up areas
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
- Carry out cleaning duties as specified by the kitchen manager, including sweeping and mopping floors and operating pot-washing machinery
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Adherence to company COSHH regulations and ISO standards at all times
Working Hours
As a flexible team member, you will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a straight shift basis. This may include public and bank holidays, as well as Christmas and New Year on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
