We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Kitchen Steward/Porter. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, as well as assisting with cleaning duties and waste disposal.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the kitchen team with waste disposal and deep cleaning of the kitchen and wash-up areas
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
- Carry out cleaning duties as specified by the kitchen manager, including sweeping and mopping floors and operating pot-washing machinery
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to adhere to company COSHH regulations and ISO standards at all times
As a flexible member of our team, you will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period. This may involve working a range of shifts, including public holidays and weekends, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on Sundays.
