Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team at Connells, a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations to help people find their dream home.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to agree sales.
  • Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
