Home Care Assistant

As a Home Care Assistant with Class 1 Personnel, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes. This is a live-in care position, where you will reside with the customer and provide assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and household duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and support to customers, promoting their dignity and well-being
• Assist with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
• Prepare meals and maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Encourage customers to participate in activities and maintain their independence
• Document and report customer care information
Requirements:
• Experience in care work or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Availability for live-in care positions
