We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care to clients, including medication management, personal care, and emotional support.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household duties.
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families, providing a supportive and caring environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.13-£15.66 (contact time) and £19.70 for public holidays.
- A variety of shifts to suit your lifestyle, including weekdays, weekends, and flexible hours.

- A supportive and collaborative team environment.
- 3 months' paid experience in care (not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A driver's licence and own car (essential).
