About the RoleWe're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to remain independent in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and self-care assistance
- Assist with medication management
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Offer companionship and emotional support
We provide comprehensive, paid training to all our CAREGivers, as well as opportunities for accredited training in Dementia, Parkinsons, and End of Life care. Our CAREGivers benefit from award-winning training and ongoing support throughout their Home Instead journey.
