About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Help clients with medication management and administration.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, providing companionship and social interaction.
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients, promoting healthy eating and hydration.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
