Job Title: Hydraulic Systems Engineer

Morgan Fraser Group Limited is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing hydraulic systems for the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and specification of hydraulic systems, including producing schematics, 3D modeling, and manufacturing drawings of manifolds and other components.
  2. Developing and testing hydraulic systems.
Requirements:
  1. Higher education within Fluid Power, Mechanical, Electrical, Control Systems, or a related field.
  2. NFPC (or equivalent) or Hydraulics Training.
  3. Understanding of industrial and mobile hydraulic systems and components.
  4. Understanding of mechanical systems.
  5. Experience with CAD design, preferably Siemens NX.
  6. Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Experience with Simcenter AMEsim simulation software.
  8. Knowledge of the marine industry, classification societies, and electrical or PLC systems.
